I am not going to call this a genuine gemstone ring because I am not sure it is. I do know it is sterling and could use some extra cleaning. I am not terribly good at cleaning jewelry so I will leave that up to the buyer. This beautiful ring has 9 yellow citrine looking or topaz stones in it. There are 8 very small cz's or crystals set around the outside of the ring. This is a beautiful ring and I think it is about a 6 or maybe a 6 1/2. The part with the stone in it measures about 25mm long and 20mm wide. I am not good with metric but that is close.
