So, there are four ways that a tester can be packaged and sold:

RETURNS:

Within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) in its original condition (with the box and unused). Simply contact us, then complete the form on your invoice and return it with your shipment. The full refund price will be issued for any returned item that meets these conditions. Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded unless:

• The return is the result of our error
  
• The item is defective

Reimbursable shipping costs cannot exceed our published "per item" shipping costs.

The 30-day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold.
