It has a strong velcro closure with sections for Calculator, business cards, Notes and a pen/pencil holder! The color is absolutely beautiful! The inserts are as follows: Records, Planners, Addresses. It holds refills for Things to do and address only. You can find standard refills for this item at your local office supply store. Item is new.
