A WORD ABOUT OUR ITEMS:

We always guarantee the authenticity of our items 100%!!

Unless otherwise noted as New With Tags or New, Without Tags, all of our clothing items are previously owned. This means that there is a great possibility that they have been altered. If we find an obvious alteration, we will detail it in the description. If it is not obvious, then we have no way of knowing if a suit or blazer has been altered. This is why we provide measurements.

Whenever possible if there is a size tag, we will identify the size from the tag PLUS provide measurements. If there is no size tag, we will provide the measurements and indicate a size based upon the measurements.

One good way to verify the measurements is to take one of your existing clothing items that fit you well and compare measurements.

We cannot stress enough to always check the measurements, do not base your purchase strictly by the size tag! We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG SIZE!! We try to be as accurate as possible in our measurements and will not accept returns for a oe - 1 inch discrepancy.

We do our best to examine each item carefully for any flaws. We are, however, only human. Upon occasion something does slip by. Please be assured that this is not intentional.

We rate the clothing either Excellent or Very Good. Excellent means the item is in extremely good, wearable condition - often the item does not show any signs of wear and we will note it in the description. Very Good means the item is in great wearable condition, however, it may have some signs of wear on the inside which we will try to detail in the description. Sometimes, the item will look great, but we just don't feel it deserves an Excellent rating. We do not consider yellowing of the pant lining due to dry cleaning to lower the rating - as experience has shown, each dry cleaner uses their own solution which may cause yellowing after only 1 or 2 cleanings (depending also upon what the fabric of the lining is).

As a Consignment Specialist, we receive most of our items from clients. Although we do require that all items are cleaned prior to being delivered to us, we cannot guarantee the environment they were stored in between cleaning and being brought to us is smoke-free, pet-free, etc. Due to the intimate nature of clothing and individual sensitivites, we always recommend cleaning prior to wearing.

All this said and certainly sounding scary, we are not unreasonable sellers! If you have a question, concern, or issue with something, please let us know! We will work with you. Our goal is to have satisfied and returning customers.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Orders and Checks. We will ship your item out within 48 business hours of cleared payment received - Personal Checks can take up to 7 days to clear.

RETURN POLICY:

While we make every effort to be accurate in our descriptions, mistakes can happen. Because each clothing manufacturer uses different size charts check the measurements very carefully. If you have any questions, please email us before making your purchase.

We will cheerfully refund your purchase if there is a major error in the listing measurements (greater than 1 inch) or it is not as described.

Refunds are for the final purchase price only and must be made within 7 days of receipt of when you received the item. Please do not ask to return an item after 7 days of when you received the item. Shipping costs, insurance and handling charges (if applicable) are not refundable. please contact us regarding any returns prior to returning the item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

SHIPPING:

We only ship via USPS priority to US addresses and Global Express Mail or International Priority to International destinations.

Buyer to pay calculated shipping cost for USPS priority within the US or Express Mail International/Priority International for International shipments. Please use the shipping calculator located at the end of this listing to calculate shipping costs. If possible, we will combine shipping costs for multiple purchases.

All International shipments are made via Express International Mail or International Priority Mail International Only -INSURANCE, although optional, is strongly recommended. We do not ship any other method Internationally. By making your purchase, you accept and agree to these shipping terms.

International buyers please be aware that you may be charged additional taxes, duties, or customs fees upon receipt based upon your country's laws and regulations. Customs documents will be completed with the final purchase price as the item value. Packages cannot be marked as gifts.

Please verify that the address you provide is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses and will charge the additional fees incurred for redelivery or rerouting due to an incorrect address.

INSURANCE on shipments, although optional, is recommended. We do not take responsibility for lost or broken items.
