Illuminater Finishing Powder is a translucent, sheer, loose powder, that offers a soft, subtle, dewy or glowing effect to your skin, as a final touch after your foundation. It's is not at all sparkly or glittery.

The Illuminater still offers oil control, helps reduce the look of fine lines, enlarged pores, and helps eye shadow adhere better to your eye lids. However a primer is still recommended if you have oily skin, as this is a finishing powder and it's main purpose is to give you a youthful glow rather than prime your skin.

The Illuminater Finishing Powder is the final step,in achieving a flawless and polished look. It is best used with mineral foundation, but can also be used all on it's own if you have even skin tone, or you may also use it on top your your liquid foundation.

This mineral powder is intended for use all over the face and is best applied with fluffy dome brush but a kabuki brush is fine just as well.

A light hand is all that is needed when applying this powder, as too much will do just the opposite of what it's supposed to do. It will accentuate your pores and fine lines. Use just a few crumbs and sweep over your face with a fluffy brush. (Use before and after your foundation)
