Beautiful vintage antique red and gold/black leaf decorative lidded canister from Russia. Approximately 6 1/4"H (8"H with top handle) x 4 1/2"W. Approximately 4 3/4" deep without top on. Made of hard wood, hand painted with antique gold laquer color interior. Purchased in 1974 in Northern California. Bottom has sticker "Made in USSR" ART. and has numbers 12 3 ?. Excellent shape. Beautiful table piece.
