- We are not responsible for item lost or damaged in mail if you didn't pay insurance charge. We are not responsible for item lost in mail because of your wrong shipping address. (PLEASE, check your mailing paypal address before you submit your payment. This is will be the address where we will send your order).
- Please note, that all orders will be shipped to your confirmed paypal address. There is no any exception. Do not email us your different address as we will not be able to change your shipping address.
- Please note, that if you are paying with paypal and using your bank account as the money source we are unable to ship your order until e-check will be cleared as per paypal policies.
- Attnention international customers!!! We are NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign custom. Buyer should check with local customs agency about duties before purchasing. Do not ask us to mark item as the gift, this is illegal. Delivery time is varies by different countries and depends on custom time in both countries, local post office delivery time and weather conditions for transatlantic airplane. We do not have any power over those events, we can only control our shipment day, sorry. For UK or Germany customers it will take 7-14 days for delivery. For Italy or Spain (and some other countries too) customers it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Do not buy our items if you are not able to wait until that.
