We do ship out our items fast, if you have a change to your order please let us know before10:00 am Eastern Time. We have daily pick up at 12.30 pm. If your order is after 2:00 and you need it out that day please let us know. We ship USPS Priority, Parcel Post, First Class and Express. Priority will take 2-5 days, Parcel Post will take 2-9 days, and First Class will take 2- 5 days. We will ship ups on some packages at our choice. If you do not get it in the time frame please call and we will check for you. International buyers: We ship USPS First Class International and Priority International. Delivery time is 4 to 10 days, but it can take longer as it goes through Customs. We do not pay the customs fees [you are responsible for these fees]. Please contact your Post Office for the potential charges. We do no pay shipping.
Return policy details: Please contact us with in 3 days of receiving you item for a return authorization. Item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, papers and packing, as you received it. All items must have a packing slip with reason for the return. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. All items that are undeliverable, unclaimed or refused are returned to us. As stated we do not pay for shipping unless it was our mistake. You will responsible for your item to be sent again. If you do not wish to pay to have it re-shipped, only the items price will be reimbursed. Tracking number is required,
