Cabinet photo circa 1890's of an man who looks as though he might be an actor. There is a penciled signature on the top back which is hard to read. The last name looks like Simpson. The first name looks as though it begins with an "R" but can't be made out as to just what it is. The photo was taken by J. O'Neil, 949 Broadway, New York. The precise condition of the photo is clearly shown in the pics. The size is 6 9/16" long by 4 1/4" wide.
