Antique matching pieces are delicately hand painted by the master artisans. The natural motif includes flowers and birds, celebrating Natures wisdom, peace and beauty. The pair complement each other for chi balance; they are not identical repeats.

These Japanese Kutani crane neck vases measures 8 1/4 inches high and about 4 inches at their greatest width.

This pair of stick neck vases decorated with bird and floral designs using the typical orange-red, brown and gold Kutani palette. The designs have four swallows, with lotus and cherry blossoms. The necks are accented by gold lozenges and cherry blossoms with scrolling.

They are from the Meiji Period (1868-1912).

Condition: There is some staining and crazing, but are in good condition considering their age.
