An excellent choice for a youngster or beginning to intermediate adult modeler. One set of wheels picks up track power, the other set drives the loco. Traction tires produce plenty of pulling power. Integrated motor and gear drive for smooth and quiet operation. The locomotive has been tested by me on an actual layout to assure it is in good working order. It performed flawlessly. Otherwise than our test, it is totally new and comes to you in the original box. Instructions suggest the loco be run for ten minutes at half speed both backwards and forwards. This break-in period is the best assurance of many hours of satisfactory operation.

The outstanding detail, paint work and over-all appearance is unusual for a locomotive in this price class.
