This is perfect sized for a "WOW" baby shower gift, shower table centerpiece, hospital gift, or stopping by to see the new baby at home. It measures approximately 19 inches high and 12 inches wide.

It comes to you in a clear gift bag with ribbons and bow - ready to give to the new baby and parents.

This BLUE bi-plane is piloted by a 7 inch Blue Stuffed Teddy Bear - ready for take off on top of the diaper cake. The bear can be removed later to snuggle with baby.

The airplane is made from baby items; diapers, bottles, Q-tips. It measures about 11 inches tall, 13.5 inches long and 12 inches wide (This is a glued decoration and not intended to be used - this is not a toy).

Every new parent can use more diapers! The cake is a 12 inch layer made of three (3) dozen (36 size 1-2) diapers.

Brand used is Pampers that can be used by the baby (note: rubber bands are used in construction but they do not touch the inside of the diapers).

The cake is decorated with silk flowers, beads, and bows. Then baby care items are tucked around:
