The only exception is if the item was grossly misrepresented, for example, the wrong designer or wrong size. We do not assure fit, we only promise to accurately describe each item. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for sizing and fit. To check for sizing measurements and fit of items, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly, since each manufacturer is different in sizing measurements. Please ask us for the manufacturer if it is not listed. For swimwear, if there is a hygienic liner attached, it will say so in the sale description. Even if the item is new with tags, sometimes we receive them from liquidators without hygienic liner attached. We reserve the right to refuse any bid for any reason.
