I almost always ship with Priority Mail from USPS.  For International buyers, if the International shipping rate seems high in my auction please contact me for an exact quote.  I use a basic International rate for weight to Zones 6-9 – if you fall in another zone your shipping rate will be cheaper.
Insurance is optional on all our auctions, but buyer beware that Seller will not be responsible for items not received or damaged in transit if insurance not purchased.
