BUYER has item or items are broken in transit, a claim is to be filed with shipping company. The shipping company (PostOffice or UPS) is responsible for the reimbursement of lost/damaged items. Once the item has been packaged and delivered to shipping company, the Seller WILL NOT accept any responsibility if LOST or DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. SELLER can not be held responsible for the handling of the package once it has been shipped. If BUYER does not buy insurance, and item is broken or lost in transit the SELLER will still not be responsible for item, and will not reimburse Buyer the price of the item. SELLER tracks all shipments and will be glad to scan and send you a PDF (PROOF) of the shipping receipt on request. At that time tracking can be put into action by both SELLER and BUYER to locate shipment.
