This is a used Kato Tapper Holder with Kato Adapter and Die.
This set is being sold as used but appears to have had very little use.
The holder is a series ST20-SA1022 VI. This has a 20mm straight shank and could be used in a tool holder or in a tail stock on a lathe.
The adapter is a TC 1022.
The die is a M24 1.5.
The holder can also hold tap collets.
