Payment is expected immediately, unless you request an extension to wait for an auction to close. You will be blocked from future buying and a dispute will filed if you do not pay within 7 days. We will send you at least one reminder before filing a dispute.

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding all US Federal holidays). Orders received after the Scheduled Pickup may not go out until the next business day.
All packages are shipped via USPS for a flat fee (unless otherwise specified). In most cases each additional items ship for FREE!!!
Shipping include the cost of the box, labels, bags and postage. We will combine shipping on items PAID TOGETHER only. Any items paid for separately will be charged a $0.30 processing fee if you choose to have them shipped them together later (no exceptions). Most of the dollhouse items are very small; please check the package carefully before throwing it away. We rarely ship items in multiple boxes.
US Domestic mail usually takes 2-10 days. Occasionally, especially around holidays, packages may take longer to arrive. All US bound packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number which, in most cases, will be emailed to you upon shipment.
Insurance is optional for a small fee. Packages are insured by a private company and is usually less than $1. Insurance covers packages damaged or lost in transit. It does not cover packages stolen from mailboxes or porches.
International Shipments
We no longer ship internationally because we cannot provide a tracking number.

We promise to provide you with a defect free product unless specified in the description. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving any defective or missing product to make your claim.
You have 3 days to change your mind about an item and send it back. You must e-mail us and return the undamaged item within 14 days for a refund less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee. Items returned outside the eBay 30-day point-of-sale period will only receive a 50% credit on the price of the item.
Package your returns carefully. Items returned damaged due to your actions will not receive a refund. Opening a book in an attempt to read it may damage it and it may not be eligible. Returning miniatures in a envelope may also damage them and they may not be eligible.
We do not refund shipping and handling costs and you are responsible for return shipping.
