Up for bid today from my retired mechanic husband's stash of mechanic things is a 1978 CHILTON AUTO REPAIR MANUAL, ISBN 0-8019-6593-4, Chilton Book Company, Chilton Way, Radnor, PA 19089. This manual is in good condition for it's age.....30 years old! It shows some wear, like a nick on the spine at the top, the pages have yellowed from age and there is some garage grime, BUT there are no ripped pages or missing pages. This manual covers American cars from 1971 to 1978. From a woman's point of view......just what the car restorer is looking for. Take a peek, I have the PRO edition on auction too and I'll gladly combine the shipping to save money because these are like phone books! I recommend media mail to send these.
