Offered is one (1) Vintage NY METS green base ROUND Bobble Head issued from 1963-65. Many collector's consider this series to be the BEST made of the early dolls. Please do not confuse this doll with the newer 80s dolls also on a green base. This is in fantastic condition for it's age. This bobble head is 6-1/2 inches tall, Made in Japan. On the bottom is stamped JAPAN PATENT #2181? it's smudged and I believe it's a 6, Copyright 19?2. I believe that too to be a 6. Refer to photo 5, it's an actual scan of the bottom of the figure. From my husband's private collection and was purchased by him as a young boy.
