I TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS. PLEASE contact me if you would like to have a new or a variation on any of the designs in my shop; or have questions about colors, sizes, and prices. I have a large selection of fabrics. If you have idea of the color or fabric you are looking for, there is a chance I have it in my studio. You can e-mail me pics of fabric, dress..., or mail fabric swatches. They should be approximately 2" x 2". I can, also, make a matching accessory from your fabric to complement your look. Your design options are unlimited as the imagination itself.
For special occasion orders, allow time for preparation and delivery.
I accommodate RUSH orders whenever possible. Please e-mail me beforehand.

Shipping:
I am happy to offer COMBINED shipping for multiple items. Please see shipping fees below for more details.

I ship from New York WORLDWIDE via USPS. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance services are included in the shipping cost (except for USPS First Class International. Post Office does not provide DC or insurance services for this shipping method).

If you would like to add Signature Required service, please let me know during checkout. Other shipment options are available upon request.

I do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

USPS First Class service 2 to 30 business days.
USPS Priority Mail service 2 to 3 business days.
USPS Express Mail service Next Day or 1 to 2 business days depending where it is going.

International:
USPS First Class service one to six weeks. (Insurance is not available for this shipping method.)
USPS Priority Mail service 6 to 10 business days.
USPS Express Mail service 5 business days.

If you need to upgrade the shipping from First Class to Priority or Express mail, please let me know during checkout. I will send an e-bill to your e-mail for the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase. I will gladly EXCHANGE new unused item(s) in original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order.

If it is a mistake on my part, I will cover the exchange shipping fees. However, if you are exchanging for any other reason, you will be responsible for exchange shipping costs.

I can make silk flower embellishments out of your own fabric to complement your outfit. I accept swatches as well. Swatches should be approximately 2" x 2".

I design, create and arrange silk flowers in my studio. For special occasion orders, please allow time for preparation and delivery.

I accommodate RUSH orders whenever possible. There is no extra fee for handling a rush order. Please e-mail me beforehand.
