Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase please contact me within 48 hrs of reciet of merchandise at jgj0263@yahoo.com and arrange for full refund including shipping, buyer payes shipping return. this policy excludes magazines. Items over 25 dollars will be shipped with delivery confirmation, Insurance is not included in shipping and handling, and is optional, but recommended on glassware, china, pottery, and any fragile items.
