We use only the finest metals and hand selected stones, beads, cameos, pearls & fused glass in our wire jewelry. 14k gold filled, also called rolled gold and 925 sterling silver wire are the foundations of our jewelry creations. Our wire jewelry is skillfully handcrafted by us to last several lifetimes. 14k gold filled wire is created by taking a tube of 14k gold and bonding it to a core of brass through extreme heat and pressure. The layer of gold used is 100 times thicker than gold plate. 14k gold filled will not tarnish or wear off under normal use and is considered to be a lifetime gold product.

We guarantee all of our wire jewelry. We will repair or replace any defective setting at no charge. If there is a problem with your purchase contact us so we can make it right!

30 day return policy. Contact us within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in same new condition as received at buyers cost. Money back will be given minus insurance, shipping & handling charges and 15% restocking fee. Exchanges and store credits are waived the restocking fee. Shipping, handling & insurance charges are non-refundable.

Shipping:

Domestic shipping: Free shipping on US orders $100 and up on the same invoice to the same address. We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to ensure fast and safe delivery of your purchases.

International shipping: We use USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope. We can combine up to 4 purchases that will fit in one envelope to save on shipping costs within a 7 day period on the same invoice to the same address. Any fees, duties, or customs charges are the buyers responsibility. Check with your countries requirements before buying.

We only charge actual shipping charges with a modest handling fee to help cover packing materials and our time. We do not make a profit on our shipping charges!

All of our jewelry comes carefully packaged in a free gift box or organza pouch.
