1. Due to the nature of some of our products, we do not normally conduct international sales. If you live in a country other than the United States, please contact us before beginning the buying process.

2. PayPal is normally our only accepted form of payment.

3. Immediate payment is required for “Buy It Now” items and within 24 hours for auction- and offer-type sales.

4. We normally ship by U.S. Postal Service within one business day following receipt of payment. Shipping quotes are normally for the most economical mode of transportation, however, upgraded shipping quotes are available upon request.

5. Combined shipping is usually available.

6. Shipping is FOB, Arlington, VA. That means that we are no longer responsible for your item once it has been handed over to the carrier for delivery. Consequently, insurance, while normally optional, is highly recommended.

7. We work very hard to ensure that all our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you believe that the item you received is not what you ordered or that there is some other material defect, please contact us by e-mail or telephone before leaving negative feedback.

8. Feedback is an integral part of the process. Not only does it tell others how we are doing; more importantly, it tells us how we are doing so that we may continue to improve our service to our clients.
