I do purchase the Mugs I sell, but the art work and graphics I do myself.

Return/Cancellation policy:
Please make your return request know within 3 days after delivery of item. I will acknowledge your request within 3 days.
You agree to ship the item back to the shop within 3 days of the acknowledgment.
The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
I recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
Refund will be made of sale price only.

Shipping policy:
Shipping charge includes either delivery confirmation or insurance, as stated in the description. On the other few where insurance is optional, I encourage you strongly to purchase it. I cannot be responsible once your package leaves my possession at posting.
