I sell a wide variety of items, and I try to specialize in vintage and collectible glass and pottery, and other antique, vintage and collectible items. However, I often come across other treasures that I think my customers might be interested in, so you just never know what I'll have in my booth!

I am a member of the Glass and Pottery Sellers Association, and as a member of the GPSA, I make it a point to adhere to GPSA guidelines for sellers which require accurate item descriptions and photography, as well as fair and honest shipping practices.

I would also like to point out that my number one priority is customer satisfaction. My customers are my bread and butter, so to speak, so I offer my “Whiskey Jack’s Guarantee” – I am confident that you will be happy with your item. Therefore, I guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item, and I will cheerfully refund your entire purchase price. Please see my returns and refunds policy below for more information.

Please note that the winning bidder is responsible for the stated shipping charges for each item won. If you win more than one item, please make your offer for the combined winning bids for all items, and I will then repackage your items and send a counter offer which will reflect the combined shipping charge. For those who win one item, please add the stated item shipping charge to your winning bid/offer, and I will accept the offer and ship your item, usually within 1-2 days. If you do not add the stated shipping charge to your offer, I will have to counter with an amended offer which includes the shipping charge, and this will only slow down the process, and the delivery time for your item.

All auction sales are final, and all auction items are sold "As Is", please check the item descriptions so you know what you are bidding on and what you have won. There are no returns on auction items. Payment on items won at Whiskey Jack's auctions is expected within 3 business days, unless arrangements are made prior to the auction or immediately after the auction (but not during the auction please). If items won during the auction are not paid for within 3 business days, the item will be relisted, and as much as I regret it, I will have to leave negative feedback. Sorry.

I accept Paypal, USPS Money Orders and occasionally personal checks (please contact me first before sending a personal check). Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping via USPS and optional insurance.

Your complete satisfaction is my number one priority, and I am confident that you will be happy with your item. Therefore, I guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item, and I will cheerfully refund your entire purchase price. Simply contact me to make arrangements. Please note that returns or refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchased item (as notated by the USPS Package Tracking System). Additionally, please note that due to the ease in which audio and video items may be copied, I do not offer returns on these items, unless they are grossly misrepresented in the title or item description.
