Our policy is to delight our Bonanzlers. If there's a problem, we will get it resolved to your satisfaction! That's our policy in a nutshell. As for shipping discounts, when it is safe to do so, (meaning we usually won't ship a heavy item with a lighter, breakable one), we will combine shipping when you buy more than one item. This way we can reduce your cost. We will ship the most cost effective way, which often is not the speediest. If you need something fast, we will make every attempt to meet your request. (Please read the section on Shipping further down the page for more information.) We'll work out any problem that arises. We want you to come back, and the only way you'll do that is if you are delighted! Please read on for more explanations, news, and information. We promise you'll only have to do it once. It is our way of introducing ourselves to you so you can BUY WITH CONFIDENCE, because we are confident you will be happy with your purchase!

OBO: That means we will accept offers for other than the listed price. Please email us with your offer before you submit it through Bonanzle so we can save each other some time. We readily accept reasonable offers, reasonable meaning you will save some money, we will make some money, and we will both be delighted!

ERRORS and OMISSIONS: We make every effort, including researching them, to accurately describe the items in our booth. Since we are not experts, occasionally we will leave something out or describe it incorrectly. Please email us and ask about it. We are always happy to answer your questions. If you purchase an item and it is significantly different than its description, please let us know so we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

PURCHASING DISCOUNTS: The following is in effect for all purchases except “Best Offer” sales. If the total of your purchases only (excluding any taxes, insurance, or shipping) is $100 or more, you will receive a 5% discount; $200 or more, 10%. We do this to encourage you to shop with us, knowing you will be getting a good deal, and have greater buying power. Our goal is an atmosphere of mutual delight!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us for an exact shipping quote on any item of interest.

MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING: Please, if you are buying more than one item, please email us before you check out so we can adjust the shipping cost. This will undoubtedly be to your benefit so please, contact us prior to checkout!

SHIPPING INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is usually included in our fixed price shipping. If you choose to opt out of it, we will reduce your shipping cost accordingly. However, we highly encourage and recommend insurance to safeguard your purchase(s) from loss or damage. While we pack exceedingly well, we WILL NOT be responsible for any loss or damage incurred once we have posted a package. If you do not want insurance, please email us BEFORE you check out so we can adjust your total.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept the following methods of payment. They are listed in order of our preference, which we will explain: Money Order, Google Checkout, Personal/Business check, or PayPal. If you are an established Customer and pay by check, we will not hold your shipment until checks clear. If you are a new Customer and elect to pay by check, your order will not ship until the check clears, which is usually within 5 business days. We will accept cash but ONLY if you send it via USPS Registered Mail, with a Return Receipt for you. It is what the USPS recommends when you want to ensure safe arrival of mail or packages. However, please know that it is ridiculously expensive, and, requires that someone be available to sign for the envelope when it arrives. This can delay delivery of your payment and shipment of your purchase. So, we really don't think you should send cash unless it is your only option. Having said that, we would prefer any other method of payment, including cash, over paypal. We accept it only because lots of folks are used to it, but truly believe Google Checkout is a better method. We have been opposed to paypal policies for some time so it is our least favorite option. We very much appreciate your use of Google Checkout, believing it is the best option for debit and credit card payments.

RETURNS: In most cases, if you are unhappy with an item, you may return it and we will refund the full purchase price less any shipping costs. Please notify us via email immediately that you are going to return an item and return it within 10 business days from date of shipment to you. In cases where items are sold AS-IS, all sales are Final. We don't often sell items AS-IS, but when we do, we will not accept returns and refunds may be given only under special circumstances. Please email us so we can work out a solution. Again, we want you to be delighted!
