Booth Policies

We are happy to combine shipping charges whenever possible.

We will ship to overseas customers in Australia, Canada, China, Japan, and Europe. Please email for a shipping quote.

Full insurance (includes the item AND shipping costs) included with all purchases, also delivery confirmation in the USA. We ship through the USPS.
I am a careful packer and have successfully shipped hundreds of fragile breakables.

We usually ship within 2 days of receiving cleared payment. Personal checks must clear before your purchase is shipped (10 business days).
We accept checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard through Google Checkout or PayPal.

7% sales tax from Florida residents required unless a valid FL resale certificate is provided.

REFUNDS Please contact us if there is a problem with your purchase. Refunds accepted for the purchase price only unless there is an error in our description that significantly affects the value of the item. Items MUST be returned in a timely manner (within 7 days of receipt).
Please be sure to use delivery confirmation/tracking on your return package.
