We ship our items via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and occasionally FedEx. We generally use the least expensive shipping method available at the time of shipment.

Most items ship within 3-5 days after payment is received and confirmed. If a payment is made by personal check, the items will ship 3-5 days after the payment has been confirmed. In the event that our bank places a hold on a check (they are known to from time to time), the customer will be apprised of the amended shipping date which is generally 3-5 days after the hold is released. Multiple auction items may be shipped together to save shipping costs. Seller is not responsible for transit time.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days. A replacement will generally be shipped within 1 week of notification. If an undamaged item is returned, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
