Payment

· I accept PayPal(frstyfrolk, will appear on your statement) and Google (My Company Name, Dragonfly Dreams will appear on your statement) (USA) checkout for the most secure payment method with 1-2 day shipping (Monday – Friday). Most if your credit cards are honored there. I will also accept A POST OFFICE Money Order. I require communication within 48 hours if not immediate payment of sale for intention of payment time and the payment is due within 7 days of sale.

· International Sales must be paid through PayPal and all customs, duties, taxes, etc are BUYER's responsibility.

· Insurance is always available upon your request and if the item is highly breakable I will add it into the price already for you and will note it in the listing. I also use delivery confirmation with Paypal.

· Alabama buyers’ will have 4% sales tax added

Shipping

I ship within 24-48 hours of payment. I am happy to combine shipping. If shipping quote is asked, please include your zip code or country to be as accurate as possible before making payment, just message me to know why payment is held.

* I cannot be responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. I also recommend taking Shipping Insurance even though I do pack very well and use the best shipping products available

Return Policy
I have a NO return Policy unless I have made a mistake in listing information to you. I must be contacted 48 hours from merchandise receipt if it has been misrepresented. Buyer will pay return shipping including insurance and delivery confirmation. Merchandise must be returned exactly as it was received and in re-saleable condition. Refunded price will include original shipping charges.
If there is a problem with the item, please contact us (within 24 hours of receiving your purchase, and save packaging, as is).
