Thanks for visiting Grandma Bobbie's House. We are new to Bonanzle, but have been buying and selling online since 2000. We will specialize in craft items, but will often have other items for sale.

Booth Policies

Our Booth Policies

We accept Paypal, cashiers checks or money orders.

Shipping is at buyer’s expense. We will ship within 2 business days from receipt of payment, choosing the most efficient and economical method for each package. Delivery confirmation will be included on all shipments. Please understand that first class shipments must be sent at a higher "package" rate for tracking and delivery confirmation.

We will be happy to combine shipments.

We don't always recommend insurance, but we can not guarantee delivery on uninsured packages. Insurance is at buyer's request and expense.

Returns must be requested within 3 days from date of delivery, must be authorized and buyer receive authorization number prior to returning. Returns at buyer's expense. Refunds for final value cost will be issued when item(s) received by seller in same condition as originally sent. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Damage in transit claims should be made with carrier.
