Items are in stock at the time of listing. Our inventory is updated twice/daily but we not error proof. If a item is popular it may sellout before your order has been processed. If this should occur please accept my deepest apologies. I will work with you to achieve a successful outcome.

PAYMENTS:

COMBINED SHIPPING:

~~For the most part, combined shipping is based on the weight rather than individual items.

SHIPPING DETAILS:
~~Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to chose the carrier used.
~~We only ship on business days during business hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
~~It will take 2-4 Business Days to process your order. During busier times this time frame may be extended.
~~ A delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number will be forwarded to you when your item has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
~~USA shipping applies to the lower 48 States ONLY. All others please email for a quote.
~~Not all of the items in our booth can be shipped internationally. Please contact us for information regarding international shipments.
~~Canada is considered a international destination.

INSURANCE:
Shipping insurance is included at no extra charge.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & INSURANCE CLAIMS:
~~Once your order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
~~We are unable to accept returns however your item is insured against loss, damage or defects.
~~In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective you must notify us of the problem immediately (within 48 hours of receiving shipment).
~~ Every attempt will be made to resolve your claim as quickly as possible. With that being said, some claims do take longer to resolve than others. Please allow 3-4 weeks for a claim to be resolved.
~~ Depending on stock levels you will receive a full refund or the defective item will be replaced.
