Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth OverviewWe reserve the right to change the shipping method. Federal Express will be substituted for UPS and sometimes USPS.
Booth Policies
If your item is defective, you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. Returned item must be in our possession within 14 days of invoice date. Item returned must be in its original packaging with all accessories, paperwork, clean and not abused. Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund, repair or replacement will be processed. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Items sold "as is" may not be retuned for any reason.
