GIFT BASKETS FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE - While suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products.

If the recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products---for their safety you should order one of our non-food gifts.

RETURN POLICY - Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is damaged. Contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and return must be received by me within 30 days.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS - I do work full time so handcrafted items may take me a several days to get made and shipped. It's helpful if you let me know when you need the gift for. If there's only a few days before you need the item, please check with me first to be sure I can get it to you - shippers can take up to 10 business days depending on how far from Maine you are.

DISCOUNTS - Diaper cakes and Gift Baskets require separate shipping to ensure they arrive safely. I do offer a discount on purchases of more than one item bought at the same time.

COPYRIGHT - many shoppers have asked about making the Toppers, I've begun to put together step by step directions that are available through my store. Please abide by copyright laws. You are welcome to sell the creations you make but you do not have distribution rights to sell or give away the directions you purchase from me.

*** DO YOU SUBSTITUTE ITEM IN YOUR GIFT BASKETS? ***

Yes. Many of my baskets are shipped directly from a supplier. My suppliers do their best to ship all products exactly as they are on our website, but often they will substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fill an order. They do not adjust the price or communicate that they've made a substitution though they do attempt to use a higher value item when it is necessary to substitute.

*** CAN YOU MAKE MY DIAPER CAKE IN A DIFFERENT COLOR? ***

I'm always happy to make items using your colors. You may find other color choices available in my booth - I try to offer boy, gir and neutral version when possible.

*** DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? ***

Whenever possible I will combine weights of items for better shipping costs. Unfortunately items like diaper cakes and gift baskets must ship separately for safe arrival. I do offer a 10% discount for multi item purchases in those instances.

*** WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? ***

Usually, Gift Baskets ship next day Monday thru Friday. Carriers can take up to 10 business days for arrival.

Diapers Cakes are made upon purchase. It is helpful if you can tell me when you need it. It can take up to 5 days to build your cake - sometimes longer if it is a special order request.

Once the diaper cake is made and ready to ship you will receive an email giving you the shipping information - carrier and tracking number. Carriers can take up to 10 business days for shipping.
