All items are shipped to us from Korea. Yes, we have all of them in our inventory in the US, and items are shipped from US, not from Korea. All items are brand new condition, and if not, it is mentioned in the item description. Almost 95% of our items come in some kind of protective film or cover. If you receive an item that looks like having been opened, it is probably we opened it for talking item photos.

We offer combined shipping discount for multiple item purchase. The additional items’ shipping will be discounted 65% after the first and the highest shipping cost.
For example, if you were to purchase item A, B and C with shipping cost $3, $2 and $1.50, respectively, the combined shipping will be:

$3 + (2 x 0.35) + (1.50 x 0.35) = $4.23

Although all items are kept in a safe place (the forbidden room), we have two store cats, Mr. Sashimi and Mr. Sushi, and we recommend you open the package outdoor if you have allergies (it’s always better safe than sorry).

▪ Currently, we accept Paypal, Google Checkout and well-concealed Cash payments.
▪ Payment is due within 7 days of purchase; however, if there’s a delay, please let us know about it (we are very flexible as long as there’s open communication).

►Shipping◄
▪ We ship to every nook and cranny of the earth.
▪ We ship everyday Monday through Saturday: no Sundays and no US holidays.
▪ Orders are shipped out within 2 business days upon receiving cleared payment.
▪ Orders placed after Saturday 12am (east coast time, New York time) will most likely shipped out on the following Monday.
▪ Orders paid with eCheck will be shipped out upon eCheck’s clearance.
▪ We use USPS First Class and Air Mail most of the time. We also use Priority Mail and Priority Mail International at our discretion based on the weight of the package or if it is requested.
▪ Shipment Notification will be sent out when the order is mailed.
▪ Shipment Delay Notification will be sent if there’s a delayed shipment schedule: if we cannot ship out your items within 2 business days.
▪ Please let us know if you need insurance. The insurance cost is $1.75 for US and $2.00 for everywhere else.

▪ If there’s something wrong with your items (e.g. wrong or defective items or damaged during transit), please contact us immediately so we can arrange replacement items or refund.
▪ If the item is grossly represented and you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange refund or exchange.
