Welcome to my Policy page: I ship USPS, I pack the items I send to you the way I would wish to receive them, I will combine shipping. Flat rate prices on shipping are for the Continental US only, Hawaii and International buyers please email me for a shipping quote. I have Pay Pal, Google Check Out and will accept US money orders and cashiers checks. International buyers Pay Pal only please. I will take returns if the item you receive from me is not as specified in my description, I am always happy to help you solve any problems.
