PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal and Google Checkout as methods of payment. If the buyer chooses to use PayPal and makes a payment with an e-check, I will only ship the order after the e-check has been cleared by the bank.

SHIPPING:
I ship orders within 1-3 days after receiving a message from the customer that they are satisfied with their proof. Orders are shipped by USPS either by First Class Parcel or Priority Mail and includes delivery confirmation.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of personalized/customized products, party favors and labels cannot be returned for a refund. Customers will receive a proof to review for typographical errors before the final product is printed. After confirmation is received that the customer is satisfied with the proof, the final product is printed and shipped.
