All listed items are in stock and ready to go! I have more stock than listed, so if you find something 'Sold Out' send me a message and I'll let you know if I have one close to it.
All the pendants that you see listed are good quality sterling silver with .925stamp. When I purchase these I get the best quality and best deal. And pass some savings on to you. I do have these items listed in another shop, so if they disappear on here, that means they were sold somewhere else.

Payment
I accept Paypal,RME and GOOGLE CHECKOUT-If you would like to pay thru RME, contact me and I will send you a invoice from RME.

Shipping
All shipping to USA is done by USPS-First Class. Priority is available for 4.75. All orders go out with delivery confirmation. So if you don't receive your order contact me and I send you the confirmation number. I have never had a package lost yet. Insurance is added free of charge on orders over $50.

All international orders is thru paypal only and done by USPS-First Class International. If ordering large quantity, please expect higher postage. Any order weighting over 10 oz, a message will be sent for additional postage due. Order will not be shipped until postage is paid. If postage is cheaper a message will be sent and REFUND given.

All shipping is done the same business day after payment made, unless late in the day. All items are usually mailed the next day, unless payment is made by check or echeck. Check orders are mailed when check has cleared.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer 30 day back guarantee on products that did not meet your expectations. I can not offer refunds on orders that have been lost in the mail. I have delivery confirmations on all shipped items except international. On international orders I can show proof that it was shipped but can not guarantee it will get there. Please contact me with any questions that you may have. I will gladly address them for you to the best of my ability.
