Q: Do you have other pictures of the items so I may see more detail?

A: I have more views of most items and can also take other pictures if needed. Please contact me for additional pictures or information.

Q:Do you Accept Returns?

A:Yes, We want our customers 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price, no questions asked upon receipt of item back. I do ask that you notify me within 3 days of receipt, that you will be returning the item. Item must be returned using the same shipping as when originally mailed and it must be insured. Item must be received within 2 weeks from the date you notify me you are returning it. I will refund original purchase price. I do not refund shipping or insurance charges for any reason other than if I misrepresent item (which I try very hard not to do).

Q:Do you Combine Multiple Buys or Wins for Shipping?

A:Yes, we are happy to combine items for shipping.

Q:When can I Expect my U.S. Package to Arrive?

A:We try to ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. *USPS stated delivery time is: First Class (3-5 days); Priority (2-5 days); Express (1-3 days); Media Mail (7-10 days); Parcel Post (7-14 days).

Q:Do you charge sales tax?

A:Yes, NC residents must pay 6.75% sales tax or send a valid resale certificate. I am sorry but I must have signed paper copy of the certificate, not just the number.

Q:Do you Ship to Other Countries/Internationally?

A:Yes, we ship worldwide. In some cases, shipping will only be available via USPS Express Mail, so please ask for a shipping quote before bidding or buying. Shipping to Italy will be by either Priority mail (not flat rate) insured or Express mail insured. I am sorry about this however I have had several package not received claims and this is the only way to mail with tracking.

Q:International Customs, Taxes, & Values

A:The value declared on customs form will be the ending bid or the store fixed price. It will never be undervalued or overvalued. Buyers are responsible for payment of taxes and tariffs levied by their government. All duties, customs, taxes, and any and all other costs associated with receiving shipment are buyer's responsibility. Items cannot be marked "gift".

Q:How will you package my item?

A:Each item is packed with care. Jewelry items are packaged in a gift box and bubble envelope or a box for larger items. Larger non-jewelry items are wrapped with bubble wrap, double boxed or wrapped with cardboard if fragile and packed in box with tightly wadded newspaper. We've had over 10 years of experience packing fragile items. Please contact us if you have special instructions.

Q:Is insurance and delivery confirmation included in the shipping?

A:Insurance is available on all our items for an additional $1.70 no matter what the value. Delivery confirmation is always included.

Q:Will you answer my email questions?

A:Yes, our policy is to answer any question asked within a few hours, if possible. As items are finishing whether auction or fixed price, we try to be available, but sometimes have to be away from our computer. Early questions are welcomed and appreciated! We strive to give our customers all the information they need to have a happy satisfied experience.

Q:Where do you get your items?

A:All my items are vintage or antique. They have come from Estate sales, auctions and tag sales. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that they come from a smoke or pet free environment.
