Payment & Shipping Terms:

Paying with an eCheck thru PayPal takes up to 5 business days to clear.

Shipping & Handling:

All merchandise is inspected and professionally packed and shipped UPS Ground within 3 business days of payment received (excluding holidays). All merchandise is insured in case of damage do to shipping. We have a very low damage rate due to the fact that our products are packed extremely well. Merchandise is shipped from one of our warehouse's in Florida or California. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery and allow extra time for bulk heavy items.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses APO, FPO. - We do not ship International. There are NO Pick-ups available at this time.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico must email us for shipping rate all items are shipped Air mail.

Returns & Refunds:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving any damaged merchandise for further instructions on replacement. Our merchandise is insured so nothing to worry about. We will not accept any unauthorized returns so you must contact us first. We are not responsible for damage due to shipping this is why we insure all items.
