We provide a 30-day money-back-guarantee on all products, unless otherwise noted. (New and factory sealed CD’s or DVD’s can only be returned unopened unless defective).

To assist us in expediting your return, exchange and/or refund, we ask that you contact us prior to returning the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received it. Please return products in the original packaging, include all accessories and a copy of the packing slip.

Please notify us by email or phone and we will promptly issue an authorization to return the item. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope International, must only be used for one (1) single item (unless otherwise indicated). For multiple item purchases you must choose the regular USPS Priority Mail International, or your order cannot be processed.
