Booth OverviewI'm a self taught polymer clay artist who resides in the beautiful Midwest. I've been sculpting with polymer for over 15 years now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
I love crafting...it has always been a passion of mine. I hope you enjoy my clay designs as much as I love making them! :)
Booth Policies
WELCOME TO THE CLAY BUNNY!
Below is the rundown of shop policies:
Custom Orders:
-If you request a custom order please allow a week for me to create the item, depending upon how much detail...in most cases it will take less.
Payment:
I will ship your order within 24-48 hours of purchase via First Class US Postal Service within the United States if you are purchasing an already existing item AND made an instant payment via paypal only.
-If paying by money order I will ship after the money order is received.
-If paying by check please allow check to clear before I send out item.
Shipping:
I will ship (an already made item) within 24-48 hourse of purchase via First Class Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I will accept returns only if item is broken during the shipping process/ I will refund only if item is broken during the shipping process. If this happens please contact me immediately so we can fix the problem.
**I pack each item super-securely and carefully when I ship them out, but accidents can happen.
Care:
All of my creations are handsculpted from polymer clay. Creations will last for a very long time with the proper care. As with all art these pieces should be handled with care. None of my creations are not made to be played with as toys. My pieces are quite durable, however they are breakable.
If breakage should occur, the clay can easily be mended with any super-strength glue (super glue). Pieces can be wiped with a damp cloth if they become dusty, or lightly brushed with a small paint brush. Do not submerge in water. Although these pieces can withstand high temperatures it is best to store them in a cool dry place.
