Insurance, although highly recommended, is always optional. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell however, should you not choose to insure your purchase you do so at your own risk. Although we have had very few problems with lost or damaged packages it is always possible so it is always safer to ask for insurance with your purchase.
We DO combine shipping on all orders. Please email us for more specific details. Usually if your order will fit in a flat rate priority box your shipping wont be higher than the cost of this method of mailing.

We will exchange your item or refund your money if you are not satisfied. Please contact us within 3 days of the date your receive your item for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All items must be returned within 7 days. Return postage to be paid by customer. Refunds will not be made on shipping or insurance. Refunds are issued per the method in which they were paid.
