To reduce cost Vtrekn Treasures recycles using only clean packing materials and so with some items - unless the item comes from the warehouse - you may receive your item in a new box or a reused box or in a box that is created just for the item. The packing may be previously used bubble wrap, popcorn stuff or newspapers.

Brand New Items are listed also, some of these items are in stock here and other items are shipped to you direct from the warehouse.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment may be made via PayPal or a United States Post Office Money Order ONLY.

SHIPPING

*Shipments are made to Continental U.S.A. only.

*Please know that items are packed well but sometimes things happen in shipment beyond anyone’s control and so if for some reason your item is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately.

*Shipment of items are made after payment is received. Please read PAYMENT METHOD above.

*Insurance on items is highly recommended. For items shipped with United States Postal Service insurance is $1.70 more in cost if so desired.

*There is a delivery confirmation tracking number for every shipment sent out.

*For items shipped with UPS please note that UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes and if you are not there to receive the item after 3 attempts to deliver to you UPS will return the item to the sender ( Vtrekn Treasures ).

*FOR OHIO RESIDENTS THERE IS A 6.5% SALES TAX.

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item.

If a return is in order, the following requirements apply.

*The item must be returned unused and in the same condition of which it was sent to you.

*The item must be returned in the same packaging as it was sent in.

*The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.

*Any return shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer and are not refundable.
