I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I do combine shipping,tho the books/annuals that have free shipping are not combinable with other items that do have a shipping fee. I prefer paypal for it's swiftness,but also welcome money orders. Items paid for by money order will be shipped as soon as the money order arrives. I do accept returns. Return shipping is non refundable and the item must be returned within 7 days of the buyer receiving it and it must be returned in the same condition as it was received in. I strongly encourage you in getting insurance if having your item shipped-that way if the shipment is lost or broken upon arrival you can make a claim with the post office to get your money back. Once your order goes into the hands of the USPS,I am no longer responsible for the item(s) being shipped.
