Though a rare occurence, genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or if a replacement is not available, we will refund your payment, however we must be advised of any problem goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us and if the claim is valid we will ship back the replacement at our expense.

We also offer store merchandise credit for any item in our store. Once you return the item arriving within 7 days of delivery receipt date, you will receive a non-expiring merchandise store credit for MyJewelrySuite store or any BIN or winning sale item. When Items is returned within 7 days of delivery receipt, the credit is open ended and available for any reason whatsoever. These credits never expire. We offer dollar to dollar credits of purchase price excluding all shipping, however if the replacement item you select is less expensive, you will receive up to $100 cash refund for the difference in price subject to prompt 7 day turn around in returning the item unless other arrangements are made in advance.
