Sleek and sophisticated, a silver Lame / Lurex fabric evening purse from the 1950's or early 1960's. Fittings are in silver tone with the interior divider coming up above the main frame of the purse to form part of the frame in a lovely scalloped effect in the centre of the top of the frame. This gorgeous vintage evening purse is in next to mint condition, both inside and out and shows little to no use at all. Pretty pale pink satin lining and one open slip pocket on the far wall of the purse. Measurements are 8-1/2" inches wide by 6" inches in height. The fully retractable carry handle has a height of 5" inches from the top of the frame. The carry handle is in silver tone serpentine snake chain and is fully retractable to sit in the inside if you wish to carry this bag as a clutch purse.
