Vintage Old Crow Bourbon Chess Knight Decanter Description: This is ONE 13" Limited Edition Vintage Ceramic Old Crow Kentucky Straight Bourbon decanter bottle with stopper. Size: 13" high Bottle is traditional horse head chesspiece knight. Made from ceramic. Felt bottom. One of a series in a Chess-themed promotion that was run by the Old Crow Kentucky Bourbon company back in the 60's/70's. Other decanters made up the remaining chess-pieces and there was a rug chessboard available as the gameboard. The set was GREEN for the BLACK chess pieces and yellow for the WHITE chess pieces. This listing is for one of the green (Black chess piece) KNIGHTS. See pic #4: This is a pic of a COMPLETE SET set up properly -- with "White" & Black" Chesspiece Decanters. THIS LISTING IS ONLY FOR ONE DECANTER - The Dark/Black Knight piece. Bottle is EMPTY of contents!! Listing includes JUST this decanter. NO BOX! In supurb condition. No knicks, scratches, etc. Cork inside decanter lid has been repaired with epoxy due to its age & drying out over time. Has 'State of Wisconsin' liquor tax sticker & 'US Internal Revenue Distilled Spirits Tax' Ribbon label.
