THIS TUTU HAS YARDS OF NET/TULLE WITH AN OVER SKIRT OF 12in wide tulle lace with a scalloped bottom edge

This lace has a shinny white threat in the flowers at the bottom of the lace

IN THE WAIST IS white ELASTIC

ALSO AT THE BACK OF THE ELASTIC THERE IS A DOME that can open to expand or tighten the waist.

AND there is a WHITE SATIN RIBBON that you can tie into a wonderful bow.

THE TUTU IS ABOUT 12in IN LENGTH.

On the front of the tutu is a white satin ribbon bow and a wonderful gold knotted button.

Also with this is a matching white tulle head band.

This head band is made with 2 1/2 yards of WHITE TULLE It is gathered on a white satin ribbon

There are tails of ribbon at the back that can be tied at the back of the head to made a head band that holds the hair back.

Also if you tie the ribbon tight to the gathered tulle it can be used as a crown for your tutu.

Just bobby pin it into place and let the ribbon dangle down the back of your head.

At the front there is a white star button and two dangling crystals. '
