Shipping Details
I ship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. I also want the shipping costs incurred by you to be as reasonable as possible, but I want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. Therefore, the carrier is at my discretion and is based on your location in relationship to ours. I use new boxes/envelopes and packaging materials. If an item was listed with free shipping, it will be most likely be sent USPS First Class mail. I have seen anywhere from 2-7 day delivery times. I include delivery confirmation and items over $249 will require your signature confirmation when delivered. Insurance if required is stated in the listing. For increased security, I deliver your item directly to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx but I cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.
Insurance Rates
$0 to 50 = $1.70
$50.01to $100 = $2.15
$100.01 to $200 = $2.60
$200.01 to $300 = $4.60
$300.01 to $400 = $5.55
$400.01 to $500 = $6.50
$500.01 to $600 = $7.45
$600.01 to $5,000 = $7.45 plus $.95 per $100 value
I combine shipping when items are paid for on one invoice. If you haven't already received a combined invoice, contact me for one. Certain restrictions apply. Total value of all items must be under $1200. Items must be purchased within 7 days of the first item. Please contact me with your intentions and wait for a combined invoice before paying.
Sorry, I do not ship outside the states. I do not offer pick-ups.
Payment Details
Without prior communication, payment is expected within 5 days or I reserve the right to relist the item and submit and close an Unpaid Item Dispute to . I accept PayPal for your safety and convenience, but the item must ship to the address on your PayPal account.
7% NJ Sales Tax applies to sales in NJ. Not applicable to clothing and shoes.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of my business and the product I sell, all sales are final. However, if under extenuating circumstances, should an exception be made and I agree to accept a return, please note shipping and associated shipping costs are not refundable.
UNPAID ITEM POLICY
I realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a for an unpaid item. Please note the following:
1 - Your bid is a contract to buy.
2 - Under certain conditions, we may process a waiver of an Unpaid Item Dispute, however the listing fee and 10% of the final value fee of the item will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of the additional resources associated with the re-listing.
3 - Additionally we ask that a mutual agreement we initiate to end the transaction favorably be completed by the bidder.

Item Descriptions and Condition Rating System
Antique and Vintage Jewelry and Fine Items
All of my items will be clearly photographed for your review. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them quickly and to the best of my ability. Do the the inherent nature of antique and vintage items, condition descriptions are subjective. What is Excellent to one person, can be Good to another as Fair to one person can be Good to another. General guidelines for condition follow:
- Excellent/Mint - Almost new looking or no wear
- Very Good - Very little wear
- Good - Wear consistent with age and use. May show soiling, a soft patina, scuffs, light scratches/chips, dings, dents, misshapen- mostly visible under a loop. Still wearable and good to the naked eye.
- Fair - Missing parts or stones. May need restoration to wear. May be scratched, dinged, broken, dented, misshapen.
- Poor - Excessive wear.
A note about colors other than black: Colors vary from monitor to monitor and eye to eye. Blues, reds, greens, pinks, corals etc. have many different shades, tones and hues. If you are looking for a particular shade for an exact match, please ask questions and do not bid until you receive an answer. Thank you.
