Tarnish is not soil but is a naturally occurring oxidation process that takes place when silver is exposed to air. Clean your sterling gently with any of the well known silver cleaning products. There are many readily available in your local supermarket, large retail chain or the Internet. I mostly prefer a silver polishing cloth. If a more thorough cleaning is needed, I use Twinkle Silver Cream with any soft cloth and lastly, Wright's Silver Cream. I do not recommend dips. When not in use, keep your sterling sealed in simple food storage bags or the zip bag in which your item arrived.

Shipping Details
I ship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. I also want the shipping costs incurred by you to be as reasonable as possible, but I want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. Therefore, the carrier is at my discretion and is based on your location in relationship to ours. I use new boxes/envelopes and packaging materials. If an item was listed with free shipping, it will be most likely be sent USPS First Class mail.  I have seen anywhere from 5-7 day delivery times.    I include delivery confirmation in my shipping costs and on items over $249 I include and require your signature confirmation when delivered. Insurance if required is stated in the listing.   For increased security, I deliver your item directly to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx but I cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.
